Hi Chris,
I doubt there is enough room to fit a larger pully.
You can to calculate the diameter of a larger pully then measure to see if it will fit.
You can measure the diameter of the existing pully. The pitch of the teeth is 14mm, so a couple of extra teeth will increase the circumference of the pully by 28mm.
Using simple geometery, circumference = Pi (3.142) times the diameter, you'll be able to calculate the new diameter. I'd work it all out now, but I don't know how many teeth there are on the standard pulley.
Don't forget to allow for the lip on the pully that stops the belt coming off.
Sorry this isn't an answer, but it should point you in the right direction.
Also, if there are 2 extra teeth on the front pully, thats 28mm more teeth the belt has engage with. To tension the belt, you will have to move the rear axle towards the front of the bike by 14mm. Is there this much adjustment available ?
Let us all know how you get on.
Happy Savage riding.
